The Diploma in Information Technology is a 2 tiered course designed to provide learners with application development and technical skills, and knowledge required to work in the Information Technology (IT) industry. Certificate level of the course with 120 credit points is awarded upon successful completion of 9 months’ of coursework (foundational IT units). If the learners exit after completion of certificate level course they will acquire skills to maintain and troubleshoot PCs, maintain and troubleshoot Networks, and design websites with foundational computer graphic skills. Diploma level certificate with 240 credit points is awarded only upon the successful completion of the additional 9 months of advanced IT units.
